You will handle enquiries, quotes, orders and invoicing while liaising with sales, warehouse and production teams. Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or office administration roles.
• Experience preparing quotes, processing orders and issuing invoices.
• Proficient with MYOB and multiple price lists.
• Excellent attention to detail on pricing and order requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally and provide accurate product/order information.
• Respond promptly to customer and sales inquiries and follow up requests.
• Prepare accurate quotes using multiple price lists with discounts.
• Process customer orders from quotation through completion.
• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and promptly.
• Use MYOB to process transactions and support invoicing/accounts administration.
• Manage emails and general correspondence; maintain records.
• Coordinate order requirements and delivery timeframes with warehouse and production teams.
