Coreserve Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an organised Internal Sales & Service Coordinator in Sydney. You will connect customers with the sales team, service technicians and suppliers, manage enquiries, log service jobs, prepare quotations and coordinate equipment orders, installations and projects.

This role blends sales activity with hands-on service coordination to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, customer service or sales support within an equipment supply or technical-service business.
• Strong telephone communication and written communication skills.
• Experience using a customer relationship management or job-management system (Simpro is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries and determine equipment sales, replacement, repair, spare parts or project support.
• Log service jobs and coordinate with technicians, suppliers and customers to progress work.
• Prepare quotations with clear inclusions, margins and timelines, and follow up proposals.
• Convert quotations into sales orders, service jobs or project instructions.
• Coordinate orders, installations and handovers, tracking progress and documentation.
