Job summary

Masterton Homes is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator in Sydney to empower the Group Sales Manager and the broader sales team. You will drive system rollouts, onboard new members, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the sales network.

Key duties include diary management, reporting, KPI tracking, and acting as the central liaison among consultants, operations, construction and external stakeholders. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting sales teams in high-volume environments.
• Exposure to CRM systems, reporting platforms and digital workflow tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support to the Group Sales Manager, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and correspondence
• Prepare, review and distribute reports, presentations, briefs and communications on behalf of the GSM
• Screen and manage incoming communications, prioritising and escalating where appropriate
• Coordinate and minute team meetings, leadership meetings and external appointments, tracking actions and following up on outcomes
• Act as a central point of coordination for the sales team, facilitating communication between consultants, plan presenters, operations, construction, other key internal and external stakeholders and the GSM
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales reporting, weekly, monthly and against KPI frameworks
• Monitor sales team activity, flag pipeline risks and escalate matters requiring the GSM's attention
• Champion the rollout and adoption of existing and new systems across the sales team, including CRM platforms, reporting tools and internal workflows
• Own the onboarding experience for all incoming sales team members, coordinating inductions, access, equipment and training schedules
• Assist the GSM in coordinating cross-functional projects, tracking milestones and keeping stakeholders informed
