2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making.

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing guest connection and product education, coaching team members.
Build client relationships daily with customers.
Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results and highlight growth opportunities.
Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives.
