Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate the guest experience on the floor, delivering engagement, education and service that set the brand apart. You will lead a team of Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, coach staff with feedback, analyze store reports to drive growth, and partner with Operations to manage budgets, inventory and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Values feedback and is eager to provide feedback.
• Self-motivated with a results focus and team mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 10-15KG.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor, assessing guest connection and providing product education while coaching the team.
• Build and maintain client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; implement actions to address gaps and highlight growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and lead selling initiatives as needed.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships.
