Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in sales coordination or related roles preferred.

• Exposure to mining, heavy equipment, fabrication or workshop environments beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and contact potential customers to generate new business.
• Make outbound calls and cold calls to introduce ITM's products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote ITM undercarriage products, components and services to mining sectors.
• Follow up leads, inquiries and quotations to maximise conversion.
• Prepare quotations, process orders and identify upsell opportunities.
• Support Account Managers and coordinate with sales, service, production and workshop teams.
• Coordinate service and production administration, including job costing and orders.
• Assist with procurement, inventory, reporting and finance administration.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and ERP systems.

ITM Mining is looking for a motivated, confident and commercially driven Sales & Service Coordinator to join our team in Yatala.

This is not your typical administration role. We are looking for someone with initiative, energy and a genuine appetite for sales. Someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, make cold calls, introduce themselves to potential customers and turn opportunities into business.

You will play an important role in supporting our sales and service operations, building strong customer relationships and helping grow our presence within the mining and heavy equipment industries.

What will you be doing?

This is a varied, hands-on role combining sales, customer service and operational coordination.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively identifying and contacting potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Making outbound calls and cold calling prospective clients to introduce ITM's products and services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Promoting ITM undercarriage products, components and services to the mining and heavy equipment industries.
• Following up sales leads, customer enquiries and outstanding quotations to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Preparing quotations, processing customer orders and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Supporting Account Managers and working closely with sales, service, production and workshop teams.
• Coordinating service and production administration, including job costing and order processing.
• Assisting with procurement, inventory, reporting and general finance administration.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and sales information in our CRM and ERP systems.

Previous experience in sales, customer service or sales coordination (ideally 2-5 years) is preferred. Experience with Salesforce, Business Central or similar systems would be advantageous. Exposure to mining, heavy equipment, fabrication or workshop environments would also be beneficial.
