Responsibilities

• Calendar management coordinating tasks and meetings with internal and external parties.
• Answering phones and handling sales enquiries.
• Communicating and handling electronic communications for the Principal and team.
• Prioritise and manage multiple projects and follow through issues timely.
• Ensure sales administration is completed.
• Database management and client communications.
• Ensure all vendor experiences reflect brand values and service.
• Ensure auction campaign activity is completed accurately and on time.
• Ensure open experiences reflect our brand values and expectations.

Sales - Sales Associate

Belle Property Armadale, VIC

Your key duties will include (but are not limited to)

• Calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external parties, to coordinate a variety of tasks/appointments and meetings
• Answering phones and handling sales enquiries
• Communicating and handling incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the Principal and team as required
• Prioritise & manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through issues in a timely manner
• Ensure sales administration is completed
• Database management and client communications
• Ensure that all new vendor experiences reflect our brand values and service
• Ensure that all required auction campaign activity is completed accurately and on time
• Ensure all open experiences reflect our brand values and expectations

To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:

• Prior experience in real estate industry preferred but not essential
• Current Industry standard certifications essential
• Reliable car and drivers licence
• Finely tuned negotiation skills
