Job summary

Ray White Bentleigh is seeking an entry-level Sales Personal Assistant to support the company director in Bentleigh. You will be paired with an experienced agent, learning client management, listing processes and campaign execution within a fast-growing real estate team.

You will build a client database, assist with appraisals and listings, and be mentored to progress to a sales consultant role as you develop skills and confidence. This role offers real estate training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Agents Representative Certificate is required.
• Current Police Check and a valid Driver's Licence are needed.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and develop into a sales consultant.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a client database.
• Campaign management and execution.
• Prospecting including door knocking, cold calls, and DL letter drops.
• Actively participate in OFI's.
• Generate and accompany agents on appraisals.
• Prepare pre-listing kits and listing presentations.

We are on the hunt for entry level sales personal assistants, You will be partnered with an experienced company director and be provided with the opportunity to learn from a leading agent. As a real estate personal assistant/sales creator your role will include, however not limited to the following tasks:

• Building and managing a client database;
• Campaign Management
• Prospecting including door knocking, cold calling and DL letter box drops;
• Actively participating in OFI's
• Generating and accompanying agent on appraisals
• Preparation of pre-listing kits and listing presentations; &
• This role is a short term development role with the end goal of progressing to a sales consultant within a Ray White business. If you are driven, dynamic and motivated to succeed we strongly encourage you to apply.
