Job summary

AirKeeper Pty is hiring a proactive sales professional to attract property owners and convert leads into listings for our short-term rental platform. You will manage onboarding, billing, and ongoing owner relationships while travelling within the territory.

Typical hours are Mon–Fri 9:00–17:30 with some evenings and weekends as needed. A driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with potential support for real estate registration and police clearance.

Qualifications

• Proven sales expertise with strong face-to-face and phone experience.
• 2-3 years of relevant sales experience with a track record of sustained performance.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to obtain certificate of registration in real estate and pass a police clearance.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Engage Property Owners: Attract and convince property owners to list with AirKeeper, using your knowledge of the short-term rental market.
• Manage Leads Efficiently: Respond to inbound leads within 12 hours and follow up with property owners within one business day.
• Conduct Appraisals: Use our software to conduct accurate property appraisals.
• Oversee Onboarding: Handle the onboarding process, including billing and documentation.
• Maintain Communication: Keep in touch with new property owners to ensure their satisfaction and encourage long-term partnerships.
• Optimise Lead Conversion: Use CRM and monitoring tools to improve lead conversion rates.
• Network and Build Relationships: Attend business events and build relationships with new and existing stakeholders.

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a go-getter like you to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face and confident voice of our brand, connecting with potential property owners. If you’re a dynamic individual who thrives in sales, this could be the perfect fit for you.

This role also requires travel to the Central Coast, Hunter Valley and South Coast to meet property owners and partners when needed.

The employee will initially work 3–4 days in the office and 1–2 days on the road each week. Following successful completion of probation, they will be eligible for 1 day of remote work from home per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Proven sales expertise with strong face-to-face and phone experience (face-to-face preferred).

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional flexibility for evenings and weekends, and on Saturdays, booked calls are handled from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM upon client request.

Ability to travel within the designated territory

Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse clients.

Resilient, skilled at handling objections, and able to convert prospects in telesales and direct interactions.

Comfortable with technology and managing multiple systems.

Passion for real estate; knowledge of the market is a plus

Additional Requirements:

2-3 years of relevant sales experience, with a track record of sustained performance.

Demonstrated ability to build a customer base from scratch, including cold calling.

Driver's license and reliable vehicle (petrol reimbursement provided).

Ability to obtain a certificate of registration in real estate and pass a police clearance.
