Job summary

AirKeeper Pty is seeking a motivated, people-focused individual to join our Melbourne team, delivering a hybrid role that blends traditional property management with the guest-focused environment of short-term rentals.

You will support a portfolio of short-term and long-term rentals across Melbourne, with office days, property visits and open homes, while building a career in real estate, property management and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Current driver's licence
• Access to a reliable vehicle
• Ability to travel around Melbourne for property visits, inspections and open homes
• Flexibility around working days where operationally required and after hours support
• A Victorian real estate qualification or Agent's Representative Certificate would be highly regarded, or you must be willing to obtain the required qualification if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Property Managers with the day-to-day management of a portfolio
• Helping coordinate maintenance, cleaners, contractors and suppliers
• Conducting or assisting with property inspections
• Supporting long-term rental inspections and open homes
• Assisting with property onboarding and preparing new properties for guests or tenants
• Communicating with property guests, tenants and contractors
• Checking property presentation and ensuring our service standards are maintained
• Helping resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced environment
• General property management and administration support

We are looking for a motivated and people-focused individual to join our Melbourne team.

About the Role

You will work closely with our Melbourne property management team and assist with a portfolio of both short-term and long-term rental properties.

Your week may include a mix of office-based work, property visits and work around Melbourne.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting Property Managers with the day-to-day management of a portfolio
