Sales Representative (Solutions Specialist) - Wangaratta, VIC

Established in 1997, Country Care Group (CCG) is an Australian family owned and operated business with over 740 staff throughout a wide variety of operations across Australia. With over 130 CCG member stores, we are a leading national supplier of a vast range of medical and in-home aids to assist people living with disability, mobility impairments and the aged. CCG manages national contracts for the supply to state and federal government health services schemes, hospitals, aged and residential care facilities.

We are seeking a Sales Representative (Solutions Specialist) to join our dynamic team in Wangaratta.

As the Sales Representative (Solutions Specialist), you will be responsible for delivering excellence in customer service with a customer centred approach. You will be required to actively build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to build sales and growth in your region.

A National Police Check , Covid-19 vaccination, current Flu Vaccination, NDIS Clearance Check, and unrestricted Drivers Licence are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain effective relationships with a network of key stakeholders
• Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide accurate quotations for accessibility solutions for clients living with a disability and the aged
• Collaborate with service providers and Occupational Therapists to conduct on-site assessments and recommend appropriate modifications
• Generate new sales and develop actionable sales plans and strategies
• Resolves customer complaints and recommend improvements in current services
• Assist with processing service orders
• Assist the admin team to ensure timely communication.

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external contacts
• Unrestricted drivers licence
• Adhere to Australian Road Rules
• Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Maintain a current & satisfactory National Police Check & NDIS Screening check
