Working closely with the wider business, you'll implement sales strategies, identify opportunities to grow market share and foster a positive, customer-focused culture.

Lead and develop your teams: Coach, motivate and support team members, provide ongoing product training and establish clear performance expectations.

Drive sales and performance: Monitor sales results, work towards KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance across both locations.

Deliver exceptional customer service: Lead by example to ensure customers receive professional advice and personalised solutions to meet their needs.

Manage store operations: Oversee staffing, inventory, deliveries, workloads and daily operational requirements across both sites.

Build strong relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with Occupational Therapists, healthcare professionals, clients and other key stakeholders to generate business opportunities.

Support financial performance: Assist with budgeting, forecasting and sales planning to improve profitability and grow market share.

Maintain company standards: Uphold CCG policies, procedures and values while promoting a safe, professional and welcoming environment.

About you

Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop a team to achieve performance targets.

Strong commercial awareness, including sales performance, budgeting, stock management and operational planning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations.

Confidence using computer systems and maintaining accurate operational records.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to delivering great customer outcomes.

Experience in healthcare, medical equipment, mobility products or assistive technology would be an advantage, but we're equally interested in capable retail leaders who bring the right attitude, commercial mindset and willingness to learn.
