Job summary

The Country Care Group in Wangaratta, VIC is seeking a Sales Representative (Solutions Specialist) to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales growth in the region. You will build strong relationships with healthcare and aged care stakeholders and provide tailored accessibility solutions for clients living with disability or mobility challenges.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with internal and external contacts.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales in the Wangaratta region.
Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions with clients and partners.
Provide accurate quotations for accessibility solutions for clients living with a disability or aged care needs.
Collaborate with service providers and Occupational Therapists for on-site assessments and recommendations.
Generate new sales and develop actionable sales plans and strategies.
Resolve customer complaints and suggest service improvements.
Assist with processing service orders and support administration.
