The Country Care Group in Albury, NSW is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our team. You will deliver exceptional customer service in our showroom and support behind-the-scenes tasks to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.

You will liaise with medical professionals and clients to tailor solutions, promote products, and process orders. A police check and NDIA screening may be required, with an emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, preferably retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of healthcare products or medical industry experience is desirable.

We're currently seeking a Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team based in Albury, NSW.

As the Retail Assistant, your primary objective will be to deliver excellence in service within our showroom, creating a welcoming environment for clients and medical professionals. This role offers a unique blend of customer service and behind-the-scenes tasks, perfect for someone who enjoys a bit of variety in their workday.

A National Police check, NDIS Worker screening check and COVID-19 vaccinations are required for this position.
