Job summary

Eustralis Food NSW is seeking a passionate hospitality-focused sales professional based in Sydney to partner with leading NSW restaurants, hotels, cafés, bakeries, pastry shops, caterers and groups. You’ll leverage premium ingredients and solutions to help customers succeed and grow share across NSW.

You will build relationships, deliver tastings, and become the product expert across our premium portfolio, working with internal teams to provide outstanding service and solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, foodservice, culinary, bakery, pastry, hotel or restaurant environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Driver's license and full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with chefs, pastry chefs, bakers, foodservice operators, hospitality buyers and procurement teams in NSW.
• Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations and tastings.
• Become a product expert across the premium portfolio.
• Understand customer menus, operations, challenges, and future opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal sales, customer service and operations teams to deliver great service.
• Manage territory, maintain accurate customer information and sales activity.
• Represent Eustralis at industry events, trade shows, supplier visits and customer functions.

What you'll be doing

• Building long-term relationships with chefs, pastry chefs, bakers, foodservice operators, hospitality buyers, and procurement teams across NSW
• Growing existing accounts while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Conducting regular customer visits, product presentations, and tastings
• Becoming a product expert across our premium food portfolio
• Working closely with customers to understand their menus, operations, challenges, and future opportunities
• Collaborating with our internal sales, customer service, and operations teams to deliver outstanding service
• Managing your territory effectively and maintaining accurate customer information and sales activity
• Representing Eustralis at industry events, trade shows, supplier visits, and customer functions

You'll be successful if you

• Have experience in hospitality, foodservice, culinary, bakery, pastry, hotel, or restaurant environments
• Understand how professional kitchens and hospitality businesses operate
• Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Are organised, self-motivated, and commercially minded
• Enjoy working independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
• Take pride in delivering excellent customer service and following through on commitments
• Hold a valid Australian driver's licence and full working rights in Australia

Bonus points if you

• Have previous foodservice sales experience
• Have experience working with premium ingredients, bakery, pastry, dairy, chocolate, or gourmet food products
• Speak French or have experience working with European food products and brands
