Job summary

Select Window Installations, based in Brookvale, NSW, is seeking a field-based sales representative to visit customers across the Sydney metro area. You will represent the company professionally, prepare quotes from appointments, and liaise with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution.

You will also build a sales base by contacting strata managers and remedial builders, offering solutions, and following up with customers to drive satisfaction and repeat business.

Select Window Installations – Brookvale NSW

In this position, you will be visiting customers all over the Sydney metro area who have made appointments through our office. You will be expected to represent Select Window Installations in a professional manner and be able to offer solutions to potential customers.

From the initial appointment, you will prepare quotes, follow up with customers and then liaise with the installation manager and installers to ensure jobs run smoothly and your customers are thrilled with their new windows/doors. Most of our work comes from referrals.

You will also be expected to build your sales base by contacting prospective customers (strata managers & remedial builders) to offer our services.

Key responsibilities

Represent Select Window Installations professionally

Offer solutions to potential customers

Follow up with customers after initial appointments

Liaise with installation manager and installers to ensure jobs run smoothly

About you

Previous window/door sales sales experience essential

Driver's licence essential

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software programs

High attention to detail and great time management

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Well presented, trustworthy, punctual, organised and able to work in a team

Drive to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations

Ability to meet and exceed monthly budgets
