Job summary

Recruit Shop Pty Ltd in Perth seeks a Sales Representative to meet homeowners, assess needs, and deliver tailored quotes for windows and doors. You will conduct in-home measurements, attend pre-booked appointments, and advise customers on optimal products while driving sales.

With a focus on customer service, you will manage quotes, hit targets, and maintain CRM records. A company vehicle, quality leads, and ongoing training support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in building/home improvement preferred.
• Strong communication with ability to build rapport.
• Professional, customer-focused with closing confidence.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current C Class Driver's Licence.

About The Company

Our client is a leading supplier and installer of glass and aluminium windows and doors across Perth. With job demand growing, they are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join their Sales team.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to meet with homeowners, understand their needs, and provide tailored window and door replacement quotes.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-home consultations and accurately measuring windows and doors for manufacturing
• Attending pre-booked appointments with residential customers across the Perth metropolitan area
• Recommending suitable products and solutions based on customer needs and preferences
• Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the company's ongoing success
• Maintaining accurate records within the company CRM and email system
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Preparing and presenting quotations in a timely manner

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous sales experience, ideally within building, construction, home improvement, or a related industry
• Strong, confident communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• A professional, customer-focused approach and confidence in closing sales
• The ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems (preferred)
• Self-motivation with excellent time management skills
• A current C Class Driver's Licence
