Job summary

Sydney Blinds & Screens is recruiting a Sales Consultant to meet customers in their homes, assess needs, and provide tailored window furnishing solutions. You will take measurements, prepare quotes, and guide customers through decisions to deliver a premium experience.

We offer a guaranteed base salary with allowances and an uncapped commission structure. Qualified leads are provided, and full product training with supportive leadership helps you succeed.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, preferably in home improvement or retail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with computers and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and provide professional advice and accurate quotations.
• Build rapport with customers and deliver outstanding service.
• Follow up leads promptly to convert opportunities into sales.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will meet with customers in their homes, understand their needs, and provide tailored window furnishing solutions. You’ll take accurate measurements, prepare quotes, and guide customers confidently through the decision‑making process.

This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, closing sales, and delivering a premium customer experience.
