Job summary

Philips Australia is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist – Quote & Orders to support the team in generating timely quotes and orders in Sydney. You will assist Account Managers, producing high-quality customer documents and ensuring orders align with policies.

The role requires experience in bid management or related fields, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while staying organized.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid management or clinical/engineering roles and bid/tender proposals.
• Proficient in SAP and able to produce high-quality customer facing proposals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to meet tight deadlines and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Working and coordinating with other team members to create high-quality customer facing proposals
• Booking of orders in alignment with company policy
• Leverage Philips policies, procedures, and tools to support the Sales teams
• Secures timely development of all customer facing documents for submission
• Identifying improvements & best practices, and support in developing improvements.
