Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field is required.
• Experience in order management or customer service is preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma/Agile experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Accepts and validates sales orders with accurate references.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Responds to customer inquiries and resolves order-related issues.
• Manages complex orders with milestones and billing schedules.
• Monitors order status and communicates updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintains a clean order book with no old open orders.
• Reports monthly on order receipts, deliveries, sales and stock levels.
• Maintains customer master data.
