Job summary

Philips is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist – Quote & Orders based in Sydney. You will support Account Managers by producing high-quality customer-facing proposals and ensuring orders are booked in line with policy.

You’ll leverage Philips policies and tools to back the sales team and develop submission-ready documents. The role requires strong communication, deadline orientation, and a background in bid management or related healthcare/engineering fields.

Qualifications

• Experience creating bid/tender proposals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality customer facing proposals.
• Book orders in alignment with company policy.
• Support Sales teams using Philips policies, procedures and tools.
• Ensure timely development of customer-facing documents for submission.
