You will manage CRM records, trials, onboarding, and customer documentation, coordinating with clinical, finance and support teams to keep activities accurate and on‑time.

The role is office‑based, full‑time at our Cremorne location. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment without sales targets.

Qualifications

• CRM systems experience as daily user.
• Sales coordination or operations support background.
• Strong organisational and detail orientation.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Healthcare tech/medical devices experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day CRM updates and records.
• Coordinate trials, onboarding, and equipment logistics.
• Prepare quotes and customer documentation through to signatures.
• Generate regular pipeline and activity reports for Head of Sales.
• Maintain equipment register and track units on trial.
• Coordinate dispatch, returns and consumables.
• Identify inefficiencies and improve commercial processes.
• Collaborate with clinical and finance teams.
• Ensure on-time delivery of customer commitments.
