Job summary

You will work with sales managers and strategy leaders, solving complex problems with scalable AI-enabled tools. The ideal candidate is fast-learning, proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative across cross-functional teams, with strong operational and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel for large data manipulation and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, business or related field.
• Experience developing systems/tools for CRM, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage key sales support systems and processes to drive revenue growth.
• Partner with Sales Operations Leads to set goals and measure progress.
• Manage territories, accounts, revenue flow, and quotas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine tools and processes for productivity.
• Act as local focal point for account management incl. revenue routing.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses.
• Participate in strategic projects.
• Create metrics and processes to improve efficiency.
• Own quantitative analysis of sales performance to boost productivity.
• Leverage AI tools to automate sales operations.
