Latitude is seeking a Sales Operations & Enablement Coordinator to strengthen how we use technology, automation and AI to support our teams, partners and governance. You will design and improve operational processes, AI agents and CRM workflows, ensuring practical, governed solutions that drive adoption and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations, business operations, enablement, governance or operational excellence.
• Experience creating or supporting AI agents, workflow automation or digital process improvements.
• Ability to document and maintain processes across multiple stakeholder groups.
• CRM management experience; Salesforce experience is beneficial.
• Understanding of risk, compliance, controls and audit requirements, ideally within a regulated environment.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Training, Product, Technology and Risk teams.
• Strong written communication and reporting skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset to identify process gaps and implement practical solutions.
• Comfort with AI tools to accelerate insights and automate routine work.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve scalable sales operations processes, maps and playbooks; coordinate improvements with stakeholders.
• Maintain clear reporting on issues, actions and outcomes to strengthen accountability.
• Create, implement and manage AI agents and automated workflows to improve efficiency and knowledge management.
• Work with Technology, Data and stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are practical and governed.
• Develop guidance, training materials and documentation to support adoption of automated solutions.
• Coordinate CRM processes and workflows to improve data quality and reporting in Salesforce or equivalents.
• Foster cross-functional coordination across Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Training, Product, Technology and Risk.
• Support workshops and translate frontline feedback into clear processes.
• Review processes through risk and control lens and coordinate remediation actions.
• Create dashboards and updates highlighting performance, controls and opportunities; escalate concerns.
