Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of sales delivery and business metrics, reporting tools, and data structure; act as SME on the team.
• Track and report all key performance indicators, goals, and trend analyses for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
• Own regular analysis and inspection of key performance leading and lagging indicators; provide insights to leaders.
• Conduct analysis and deep dives to support Business Development and Delivery strategy planning and decision making.
• Support regular inspection of sales pipeline health and forecasting reviews.
• Own day-to-day execution of field activities such as territory management, headcount allocation, and goal setting.
• Leverage AWS GenAI capabilities to scale insights and improve visibility across user personas.
• Contribute to projects like pipeline management, forecasting models, and reporting systems for a new delivery model.
• Collaborate with ESSO team, sales, enterprise leadership, product, and other partners.
