Job summary

Compnow is seeking a detail-oriented Sales and Operations Support professional to join our Sustain IT team. You will support both the commercial and operational functions, ensuring accurate information flow and exceptional customer experiences.

Travel on-site to our Notting Hill office is required, and applicants must be Australian residents eligible to work full-time. You’ll help the sales team with quotes, proposals and customer docs, manage inquiries, assist in stock evaluation, and

• Experience in sales support, operations support, customer service or admin coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes, proposals, presentations, and customer documentation.
• Handle inbound customer enquiries with timely, accurate responses.
• Assist in evaluating stock for write-down, disposal or lifecycle extension.
• Coordinate handovers between sales and operations for seamless service delivery.
• Maintain CRM records of client interactions and opportunities.
• Assist with scheduling, logistics and operational planning.
