Job summary

Compnow is seeking a detail-oriented Sales and Operations Support professional to join our Sustain IT team. You will support both the commercial and operational functions, ensuring accurate information flow and exceptional customer experiences.

Travel on-site to our Notting Hill office is required, and applicants must be Australian residents eligible to work full-time. You’ll help the sales team with quotes, proposals and customer docs, manage inquiries, assist in stock evaluation, and

What you’ll do?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and Operations Support professional to join our Sustain IT team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting both our commercial and operational functions while ensuring smooth processes, accurate information flow, and exceptional customer experiences.

• Support the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, presentations, and customer documentation.
• Manage inbound customer enquiries and provide timely, accurate assistance.
• Assist in evaluating stock for write-down, disposal, or lifecycle extension.
• Coordinate handovers between sales and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain CRM records, ensuring all client interactions and opportunities are accurately captured.
• Assist with scheduling, logistics, and operational planning.

What you’ll bring?

• Experience in sales support, operations support, customer service, or administrative coordination.
• Proven ability to manage customer enquiries and support end-to-end processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
