Job summary

Living Gems on the Gold Coast is seeking a proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to manage residential construction contract documentation, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and keep contract systems organised.

You will liaise with internal teams, help shape best practices in contract management, and stay updated on legislation around manufactured homes. A degree and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies or related field.
• Good grasp of contract law, particularly in residential construction and/or manufactured homes.
• Confident navigating construction documentation.
• Super-organised, detail-obsessed, and a natural communicator.
• Comfortable juggling tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with solid Microsoft Office skills; bonus for CRM and doc management tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the key point of coordination for all residential construction contract documentation.
• Review and coordinate contracts to ensure full legal and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with internal teams to support smooth execution and documentation flow.
• Keep our contract systems organised, accurate, and up to date.
• Help shape best practice in contract management across the team.
• Stay informed on changes to legislation, particularly around manufactured homes.
