Job summary

Living Gems Developments Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Event Planner to design and deliver memorable events across our resort and corporate spaces. You will coordinate venues, catering, entertainment and suppliers, turning ideas into well-executed experiences that connect our communities.

The role requires strong organisational skills, creative concepts, and the flexibility to work outside standard hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning or coordination is required.
• Strong organisational and project management skills are essential.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging event concepts.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver events across resorts, construction sites and corporate offices, including Open Days, Christmas parties, corporate functions and team events.
• Coordinate event logistics such as venues, catering, entertainment, suppliers, equipment, invitations and setup.
• Develop engaging event concepts that reflect the LG brand and create memorable experiences for employees, residents and potential buyers.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, People & Culture and site teams to align plans and timelines.
• Manage multiple events and deadlines.

From opens days, to festivities, corporate functions and team celebrations, you’ll take the lead in planning and coordinating events that bring people together and showcase what Living gems is all about.

This is a hands‑on and varied role where no two events are the same. If you love seeing an idea come together, thrive on the details and enjoy making things happen, we’d love to hear from you!

Working closely with multiple teams across Living Gems, you’ll coordinate events from the initial idea through to delivery, ensuring every detail is taken care of and every event runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Plan and deliver events across out resorts, construction sits and corporate offices, including Open Days, Christmas parties, corporate functions and team events.
• Coordinate event logistics such as venues, catering, entertainment, suppliers, equipment, invitations and event set up.
• Bring ideas to life! Developing engaging event concepts that reflect the LG brand and create memorable experiences for employees, residents and potential buyers.
• Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Team, People & Culture and site teams to ensure everyone is prepared and working towards the same plan.
• Managing multiple events and deadlines

About you!

You’re someone who can take an idea and turn it into a well organised, successful event.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Experience in event planning, event coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Confidence coordinating suppliers, venues, budgets and event logistics
• A creative mindset and ability to come up with fresh ideas
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to attend events outside standard business hours when required, including weekends
