Job summary

Living Gems Developments Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Contracts and Sales Coordinator to join our Bundall team. This hands-on role sits at the heart of our Sales function, ensuring contracts, documentation and processes move smoothly from sale through to construction.

You will coordinate residential contract documentation, review agreements for accuracy and liaise with internal teams to maintain up-to-date records, while keeping pace with regulatory changes affecting manufactured homes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies or related field.
• Good grasp of contract law, especially in residential construction and/or manufactured homes.
• Confidence navigating construction documentation.
• Well-organised, detail-obsessed and a natural communicator.
• Comfortable juggling tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; CRM and doc management tools a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all residential construction contract documentation.
• Review contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance and completeness.
• Liaise with internal teams to support smooth execution and documentation flow.
