3 Point Motors Mercedes-Benz Epping is seeking a Sales Operations Assistant to support daily dealership operations and vehicle deliveries. You’ll coordinate vehicle movements, assist with handovers and help keep the showroom and display areas organized.

Ideal for recent school leavers or entrants to the automotive industry. You’ll receive full training, work Monday to Friday, and enjoy a stable full-time role with a premium brand. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 plus super.

Qualifications

• Interest in cars and the automotive industry.
• Current, valid driver's licence.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly, confident and professional approach to customer interactions.
• Punctuality, reliability and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement, positioning and organisation of vehicles across the dealership, showroom and display areas.
• Assist with handover of new and pre-owned vehicles to customers to ensure a professional delivery experience.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure vehicles are ready and presented for scheduled collections.
• Assist with vehicle inventory organisation, location and condition.
• Monitor fuel and battery levels and coordinate refuelling or charging as required.
• Support vehicle transfers, collections and deliveries between dealership locations.
