Tynan Motors in Miranda, NSW, seeks an organised Stock Controller / Delivery Coordinator for its Mercedes-Benz dealership. You will manage vehicle inventory, purchase stock within budget, and coordinate end-to-end deliveries to ensure smooth handovers.

This permanent full-time role runs Monday to Friday and offers a stable work environment with a focus on quality checks and customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Strong administration skills with high attention to detail.
• Data entry/administration experience preferred.
• Mercedes-Benz experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience with ERA Net/ERA Power systems is valued.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Current NSW Driver's Licence.

About the role:

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Stock Controller / Delivery Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team based at our Mercedes-Benz Dealership in Miranda!

In this dual-function role, you will oversee vehicle inventory management, including purchasing and replenishment of vehicle stock—while managing end-to-end delivery schedules to ensure an exceptional handover experience for our customers.

This position is Permanent Full Time – Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory and vehicle stock levels, ensuring records are current and up to date


• Purchasing stock within approved budgets


• Data entry and preparing inventory/stock reports


• Conducting regular stocktakes


• Processing invoices and stock-related paperwork


• Working closely with managers to coordinate vehicle orders and deliveries


• Scheduling and coordinating vehicle deliveries as well as keeping our customers updated on delivery dates or any expected changes


• Arranging quality checks on all vehicles prior to delivery

About you:

• Strong administration skills, high attention to detail and ability to follow processes


• Previous Data Entry/Administration experience – highly regarded


• Previous Mercedes-Benz experience – highly regarded but not essential


• Experience with ERA Net/ ERA Power - highly regarded but not essential as full training will be provided


• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems


• Current NSW Driver's License
