Job summary

Galderma is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst/Manager to support sales activities and customer relationships from North Sydney, with 1 day per week WFH. You will drive data-driven decisions, reporting, and training for the grocery sales team in a dynamic dermatology environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales force effectiveness or analytics, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and CRM experience (Salesforce/Veeva). Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in sales force effectiveness, sales analytics or commercial operations.
• Strong data analytics and BI tooling skills (Excel, Power BI).
• CRM system experience (Salesforce/Veeva or similar).
• Pharma/healthcare or aesthetics industry experience preferred.
• Proven track record leading SFE initiatives and driving sales performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales activities including order processing, inventory management and logistics.
• Foster positive relationships with customers, partners and internal teams to ensure alignment.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the National Business Manager - Grocery and the sales team.
• Support training and onboarding of sales teams with product knowledge and policies.
• Assist in contract management including negotiations, renewals and compliance.
• Analyze sales data, market trends and customer insights to support decisions.
• Generate and maintain regular sales reports and dashboards for KPI tracking and leadership.
• Support budgeting, expense management and financial reporting.
