Job summary

Galderma North Sydney is seeking a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager to drive SFE across Australia & New Zealand from our Sydney Head Office with 1 day per week work-from-home. The role focuses on segmentation, incentive design, and efficient sales operations to improve performance across business units.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SFE, sales analytics, or commercial operations, with strong data analytics skills (Excel, Power BI) and CRM experience (Salesforce/Veeva or similar).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in sales force effectiveness, sales analytics or commercial operations.
• Experience in a manager or senior analyst role is highly regarded.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools, especially Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Influence and drive SFE pillars across ANZ with a focus on customer coverage, incentives and operations.
• Provide coaching on CRM insights and governance to improve performance.
• Lead development and deployment of Sales Incentive Plans with target setting, design and reporting.
• Ensure accurate CRM data, territory planning and cross-functional alignment.
