Galderma ANZ in North Sydney is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our dermatology-focused team. You will support sales activities, coordinate orders, manage customer relationships, and provide essential operational assistance to the sales group.

The role is permanent, full-time with one day per week at home, offering a collaborative environment, exposure to premium brands, and growth opportunities within a globally recognised dermatology leader.

Formación

• Proven experience in sales support or a related role.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of the consumer and prescription market is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Coordination and Support: Assist in the coordination of sales activities, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics, and provide administrative and operational support.
• Relationship Management: Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment and cooperation.
• Sales Training: Support in the training and onboarding of sales teams, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
• Contract Management: Assist in managing customer contracts, including negotiations, renewals, and compliance. Ensure that contract terms are clear and followed.
• Data Analysis and Sales Reporting: Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer insights and generate and maintain regular sales reports and dashboards to track performance, KPIs, and sales targets and support decision-making and sales strategies
