Galderma Australia Ltd is seeking a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager to lead ANZ SFE initiatives from our Sydney Head Office, with one day per week working from home. You will drive segmentation, targeting, incentive design, and efficient sales operations across the region, partnering with market units to raise performance and alignment.

The role demands 5+ years in SFE, analytics, or commercial operations, strong data skills (Excel/Power BI), and CRM expertise (Salesforce/Veeva).

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years in sales force effectiveness, sales analytics or commercial operations.
• Advanced data analytics skills with Excel or Power BI.
• CRM experience (Salesforce/Veeva or similar) is required; pharmaceutical/healthcare aesthetics experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Influence, lead and drive across all SFE pillars in ANZ.
• Coach sales leaders on insight generation from CRM usage.
• Develop and govern processes for salesforce and sales operations excellence in country.
• Align reporting and provide insights on activities driving performance.
• Own and manage the Sales Incentive Plan from target setting to design, reporting and feedback.
• Maintain expert CRM knowledge to improve adoption and usage.
• Ensure territory and opportunity planning is in place and data accuracy in CRM.
• Support cross-functional Commercial Excellence projects as required.
