Job summary

Silver Asset Services Pty Ltd is seeking a Sales & Onboarding Support professional to drive scalable growth. The role focuses on supporting the sales team, improving proposals, ensuring smooth onboarding, and maintaining CRM and compliance standards.

You will work with Sales, Operations and Customer Service to onboard new sites from proposal through go-live, driving process improvements and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, project coordination, energy, utilities, property or infrastructure environments.
• Experience using CRM systems (preferred).
• Detail-oriented and highly organized work approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end proposal preparation for embedded network and energy solutions and support pricing/documents.
• Manage onboarding from contract to go-live and ensure smooth handover between teams.
• Maintain CRM records, support pipeline reviews and report on opportunities.
