Job summary

Prophet is seeking a Sales Enablement and Development Lead in Melbourne to drive Growth through sales operations, enablement, and strategic outbound outreach. You will build decks, respond to RFPs, refine collateral, and automate campaigns while leading our sales tech stack and data integrity across the CRM.

You’ll collaborate with Growth, Product, and Marketing to craft compelling narratives and scalable processes, shaping our go-to-market playbooks in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of business development, sales enablement, or sales operations experience in SaaS/tech.
• Strong understanding of the marketing, media, and advertising ecosystem.
• Experience managing sales technology tools and executing outbound campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support Growth with high-impact sales assets (decks, RFP responses, client presentations).
• Lead and optimise the sales tech stack, tool management, automations, and data integrity.
• Operationalise and execute outreach campaigns to drive new pipeline opportunities.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Drive early-stage relationship building with enterprise prospects.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy for clear visibility.
• Collaborate with technical/commercial stakeholders to shape sales narratives.
• Contribute to evolution of go-to-market playbooks and enablement practices.
