Job summary

Maxwell Robinson & Phelps in Perth is seeking a take-charge Sales Support to join our team. The role combines sales support with administration duties, coordinating onboarding for new clients and maintaining client satisfaction.

You will work closely with the Sales Manager and Operations Manager to ensure timely delivery of quotes, scheduling, and responsive client communication. The ideal candidate is self-directed, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support and office administration.
• Ability to coordinate client onboarding and maintain client satisfaction.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for new clients and manage client communications.
• Prepare quotes and process submissions to clients.
• Schedule jobs with the Scheduling team and maintain pricing.
• Handle inbound calls and support the sales team.
• Produce monthly sales reports for the Sales Manager.
