Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

We’re representing a long-established WA manufacturing business that has built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and innovative solutions across multiple industries including construction, infrastructure, mining and agriculture.

As the business enters its next phase of growth, a newly defined Sales Manager / Business Development Manager position has been created — reporting directly to the CEO and forming part of the senior leadership team. This role will be instrumental in shaping commercial strategy, driving new revenue streams, and strengthening customer partnerships across the company’s product portfolio.

The Opportunity

• Lead business development efforts across multiple markets and product lines.
• Identify and convert new customer and project opportunities throughout WA and interstate.
• Strengthen existing client relationships through solution-based selling and consistent follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with operations and leadership to ensure commercial alignment.
• Report directly to the CEO with market insights, growth forecasts, and performance updates.

Base Pay Range
