P&C Partners is seeking a Sales Manager for NSW/ACT in Australia. This field-based role owns the territory, builds relationships with utilities and contractors, and drives growth through technical sales of tooling and electrical solutions.
You will engage with customers across transmission, distribution, substations and further power-network projects, managing quotes, tenders and forecasts while expanding the business footprint in NSW/ACT.
We’re partnering with an established specialist supplier to the Australian power and electrical sector to appoint a Sales Manager for NSW/ACT.
This is a hands-on territory sales position with responsibility for an established NSW/ACT customer base, working across electricity utilities, Tier 1 contractors and organisations involved in transmission, distribution, substations and broader power-network infrastructure.
Despite the Sales Manager title, this is not a people-management role. You’ll personally own the territory - developing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, getting in front of customers and building long-term relationships across the NSW/ACT power market.
You’ll be responsible for:
This is a field-based position, so you’ll need to enjoy being out in the market and in front of customers rather than spending your week behind a desk.
We’re particularly interested in people with experience selling into the electricity, power or electrical infrastructure sector.
You don’t need to know every product from day one, but you will need enough technical credibility to understand customer applications, learn a specialist product portfolio and build trust within the power sector.
You’ll inherit an established territory and customer base rather than starting from zero, while still having considerable scope to grow the NSW/ACT business.
If you’re currently selling technical products or solutions into the power, electrical, utilities or associated infrastructure market, I’d be keen to speak with you confidentially.
