Vocus is seeking a Sales Reporting & Insights Analyst to support GTM activities across the Sales to Billing journey. You will build dashboards, leverage SQL and Python to transform data into insights, and partner with Commercial to improve revenue performance.

You’ll design and maintain Power BI dashboards, analyze churn risk and funnel health, and work with stakeholders to align metrics and reporting standards. This is a hands-on, data-driven role in Melbourne.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in commercial analytics, sales operations or customer insights roles.
• Proven experience in building dashboards and data models that support sales decision making.
• Experience querying large datasets using SQL and Power Query/BI.

• Design, build and maintain dashboards (e.g. Power BI) and reporting tools using datasets and SQL.
• Produce regular reporting on funnel, activity levels and retention metrics for leadership forums.
• Extract, clean, and analyse large datasets with SQL and Python to identify trends and insights.
• Ensure data is source of truth and align definitions with stakeholders; automate and reduce errors.
• Analyse customer behaviour, churn risk and growth opportunities through data analysis.
• Monitor retention offers and campaigns, measuring adoption and ROI.
• Communicate analytical outputs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
