Job summary

ROLLER is seeking a Data Analyst on a 3-month contract to drive go-to-market analytics and partner with Customer Success and Sales. You’ll turn checkout, membership, and product data into actionable insights that help customers grow and help us win deals.

You’ll work with a global team, use SQL and BigQuery, and create dashboards in Looker/Power BI/Tableau to inform pricing, packaging, and performance strategies. This role is fully remote within Australia.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to turn business questions into clear, actionable insights.
• Proficient in SQL and BigQuery for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience building dashboards in BI tools (Looker, Power BI or Tableau).
• Experience setting up tracking and reporting for SaaS metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build data behind CSM-led QBRs and pricing analyses.
• Respond to ad hoc customer-performance requests with clear, decision-ready answers.
• Partner with Sales on deals, pilots and post-analysis impact.
• Analyze online checkout performance and surface optimization opportunities.
• Evaluate pricing and packaging across subscriptions and add-ons.
• Share findings through regular team channels and syncs.
