G8 Education Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking a Reporting and Insights Analyst to support data-driven decision making. You will design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, deliver insights into customer behaviour, operations and growth, and translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

You will work with Finance, Marketing, Operations and executives, refine data quality and governance, and explore automation to improve reporting.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years' experience in analytics, BI or insights-focused roles.
• Advanced Power BI skills with dashboard development, data modelling and visualization.
• Strong SQL and/or Python skills for working with large datasets.
• Experience delivering strategic insights that influence business decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and key metrics.
• Deliver meaningful insights into customer behaviour, operational efficiency and growth opportunities.
• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities that support strategic decisions.
• Translate data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver analytical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data accessibility.
