Job summary

Vocus Navy is seeking a Sales Reporting & Insights Analyst to support GTM activities across the Sales to Billing journey. You will build dashboards, analyze churn risk and customer trends, and support the data strategy for Commercial as a Spoke representative.

You'll partner with the Senior Manager – Data Analytics and Insights, bridging data and action to empower sales and GTM teams with timely intelligence to improve revenue performance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years in commercial analytics roles.
Experience building dashboards and data models that support sales decision making.
Experience working with large datasets and SQL.
Experience with Jira/Confluence.
Exposure to telecommunications or subscription-based B2B environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools across the Sales to Billing journey.
Produce regular reporting on funnel, retention, and campaigns; automate where possible.
Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python.
Ensure data quality and alignment with stakeholder definitions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize metrics and reporting.
Monitor performance of retention offers and campaigns; assess ROI.
Communicate analytical outputs clearly to non-technical audiences.
