Job summary

Privé Hair Australia – South Melbourne VIC is seeking a confident Sales Executive to convert warm inbound enquiries into bookings for weddings, beauty & events. No cold calling required; you will build relationships, close sales and manage your own pipeline with support from a nationwide team of 100 artists.

You’ll join a premium, national luxury brand and enjoy a base salary with performance bonuses, ongoing training and clear career progression in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of converting leads.
• Exceptional communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Natural ability to build rapport and establish trust.
• Proactive follow-up and closing opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills and experience managing a sales pipeline.
• Positive, competitive and results-driven attitude.
• Experience in weddings, events, beauty or luxury services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responding to warm inbound sales enquiries via phone, email and CRM.
• Converting bridal, event and corporate enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Building rapport with prospective clients and confidently recommending our services.
• Managing your own sales pipeline and following up consistently.
• Allocating bookings strategically to our nationwide team of 100.
• Preparing quotes, overcoming objections and closing sales.
• Achieving individual sales targets and conversion KPIs.
• Delivering an exceptional client experience from the first conversation through to booking.
