The William Inglis Hotel – MGallery South West Sydney is seeking a passionate Wedding & Events Sales Executive to lead our wedding and events sales efforts. You will guide couples from initial enquiry through to confirmed bookings, showcasing our distinctive venue and turning visions into unforgettable celebrations with a personal, sales-driven touch.

• Experience in weddings, events or hospitality sales.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
• Confidence hosting venue tours, presenting to clients and building lasting relationships.

• Drive wedding and social event sales, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Build strong relationships with couples and clients throughout their journey.
• Host personalised venue tours, consultations and client meetings.
• Prepare tailored proposals, quotations and contracts.
• Proactively follow up leads to maximise conversion and revenue.
• Coordinate wedding details and deliver seamless handovers to operational teams.
• Attend selected weddings and events as required to support the client experience.
• Achieve sales targets and represent the hotel at showcases, expos and networking events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional celebrations from planning to the big day.
