Wedded Wonderland in Sydney is seeking a Weddings & Celebrations Sales Consultant for Destination Events. This client-facing role blends sales, customer experience, bookings, coordination and relationship management across weddings, travel and luxury experiences.

You will respond to enquiries, present packages, build relationships and drive bookings while coordinating with venues, hotels and suppliers to ensure memorable celebrations. This is a full-time, office-based role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries and understand needs, budgets and timelines.
• Present services, packages and experiences; follow up and convert to bookings.
• Build relationships and provide personalised recommendations.
• Coordinate consultations, venue enquiries and supplier availability.
• Assist clients with venues, suppliers and curated packages.
• Support honeymoons, luxury accommodation and group experiences.
• Liaise with hotels, venues, travel partners and suppliers.
• Maintain client records, track enquiries and keep the sales pipeline updated.
• Represent the business at showcases, events and client activations when required.
