Job summary

Wedded Wonderland is seeking a Weddings & Celebrations Sales Consultant, Destination Events, to join our office-based team in Australia. The role blends sales, customer experience, bookings, coordination and relationship management across weddings, travel and luxury experiences.

You will respond to enquiries, present services, build client relationships and coordinate venue and supplier interactions to progress bookings and deliver exceptional experiences.

• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and competing priorities.
• Proactive approach to follow-ups and problem-solving.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, email and digital platforms.
• Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset.
• Wedding or travel industry experience is advantageous, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, email, website and social media; understand client needs, budgets and timelines.
• Present relevant services, packages and experiences; follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Build relationships and provide personalised recommendations; deliver exceptional service throughout the client journey.
• Coordinate consultations, appointments, venue enquiries, supplier availability, proposals and booking requirements.
• Assist clients exploring wedding venues, event suppliers, destination celebrations and curated packages.
• Support enquiries relating to honeymoons, luxury accommodation, destination weddings and group experiences.
• Liaise with hotels, venues, travel partners, suppliers and experience providers.
• Maintain client records, track enquiries, manage follow-ups and keep the sales pipeline updated.
• Represent the business at showcases, events, exhibitions and client-facing activations when required.
