Job summary

NGARE EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS PTY LTD is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. You'll build our sales pipeline through active prospecting, qualify leads, and schedule discovery calls for our Business Development Managers in a permanent full-time role.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in sales, preferably B2B SaaS SDR, with proficiency in cold calling, email sequences, social selling, and CRM tools such as HubSpot.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a sales role, preferably B2B SaaS SDR experience.
• Proficiency in cold calling, email sequences, and social selling.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to build rapport.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software.
• Results-driven mindset with resilience to handle rejection and maintain positivity.
• Ability to manage high-volume activities and collaborate with the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Create personalised outreach to generate prospect interest and communicate our value proposition.
• Qualify leads effectively and schedule discovery calls with Business Development Managers.
• Meet and exceed targets for discovery calls booked and conversion rates.
• Maintain detailed notes in HubSpot and keep BDMs briefed before discovery meetings.
